Richard W. Giles, BC-HIS, ACA Rick has been practicing since 1981. He is licensed in Washington and Oregon, Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences has completed the American Conference of Audioprosthology course, (ACA) the highest level of training available for hearing instrument specialists. He is the Pacific Governor for the International Hearing Society and their ethics chair, a past president of the Oregon Hearing Society and is a nationally recognized speaker on Real Ear Measurement. He serves on the board of the International Institute on Hearing Instruments Studies, Audient affordable hearing aid program and the Lions Hearing Conservation Committee of Clark County. Rick is also the Legislative chair for the Washington Hearing Society and serves on their Department of Health Board for Hearing & Speech over-sight committee. Mr. Giles is married to Ann a middle school teacher and has three children and one grandchild.
Jim Bruns, has been in the Hearing Instrument field since 1984 and is licensed in Washington, Oregon and California. He lives in The Dalles, OR and serves the hearing impaired of the Mid Columbia Region at area clinics from Condon to Stevenson and makes house calls. He is an avid horse lover, and published author.
