Rick has been practicing since 1981. He is licensed in Washington and Oregon, Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences has completed the American Conference of Audioprosthology course, (ACA) the highest level of training available for hearing instrument specialists. He is the Pacific Governor for the International Hearing Society and their ethics chair, a past president of the Oregon Hearing Society and is a nationally recognized speaker on Real Ear Measurement. He serves on the board of the International Institute on Hearing Instruments Studies, Audient affordable hearing aid program and the Lions Hearing Conservation Committee of Clark County. Rick is also the Legislative chair for the Washington Hearing Society and serves on their Department of Health Board for Hearing & Speech over-sight committee. Mr. Giles is married to Ann a Vancouver middle school teacher he has three children and one grandchild.
